Our commitment to your satisfaction and our policies regarding digital goods.

1. Digital Nature of Goods

Memorial Art Studio provides intangible digital services generated via Artificial Intelligence. Due to the nature of these products – which can be downloaded, copied, and stored immediately – we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered (i.e., once an image has been generated).

2. Credit Purchases

Unused Credits: If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Used Credits: Once a credit has been used to attempt an image generation, that portion of the purchase is non-refundable, regardless of your personal preference for the artistic result.

3. Exceptions & Quality Guarantee

We strive for excellence. We will offer a refund (or restore credits to your account) in the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If the system consumed a credit but failed to deliver an image output due to a server error.
  • Low Quality Output: If the generated image has severe, objective distortions (e.g., severe artifacting, incomplete rendering) not inherent to the style requested. In this case, please contact support for a free re-generation.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan (e.g., Agency Plan), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will prevent future charges, but previous months' charges are non-refundable. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of the billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at support@lovedonephoto.com.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID / Transaction ID
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief explanation of the issue (including screenshots of the failed generation if applicable)

We aim to review and process all qualified requests within 3-5 business days.
