- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and name via our authentication provider (Supabase/Google Apple Sign-In).
- Device Information: We may collect basic technical data such as your device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers to optimize app performance and troubleshoot bugs.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with the app (e.g., which features you use most) to improve our AI restoration engines.
2. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PHOTOS (AI PROCESSING)
Your privacy is our top priority. Here is how we handle your images:
- Transient Processing: When you upload a photo for restoration, it is sent to our secure AI servers (utilizing Google Gemini/Vertex AI) for processing.
- No Permanent Storage of Raw Media: We do not use your personal photos to train our general AI models. Once the restoration is complete and the result is delivered to you, the transient data is deleted from the processing cache according to our strict data retention policies.
- User Gallery: If you choose to save your results within the app, they are stored securely in your private cloud storage (Supabase). You can delete these at any time.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use a few trusted partners to help run the app:
- Google Gemini / Vertex AI: Used for the core AI restoration and image processing logic.
- Supabase: Used for secure user authentication and database management.
- Apple / Google Play: For processing subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- RevenueCat: (If applicable) Used to manage your pro-membership status and subscriptions.
4. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers between your device and our servers. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you have the following rights:
- Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly via the "Settings" menu in the app.
- Correction: You can update your account details at any time.
- Opt-out: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the app.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
