Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AI Old Photo Restoration mobile application (the "Service") operated by AI Old Photo Restoration ("us", "we", or "our").

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

AI Old Photo Restoration provides users with AI-driven tools to enhance, repair, colorize, and restore old or damaged photographs. The service is provided via a mobile application and utilizes advanced artificial intelligence processing.

2. ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. USER CONTENT & OWNERSHIP

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and the restored versions generated by the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
• License: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service to you.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, violent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
• Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by law or the specific policies of the App Store/Play Store.

5. AI-GENERATED RESULTS

While our AI technology is highly advanced, we do not guarantee that the results will be perfect or meet every user's specific expectations. The quality of the restoration depends heavily on the quality and condition of the original source image uploaded. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Old Photo Restoration and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall AI Old Photo Restoration, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
